Sealomech Engineering Pvt. Ltd. and Dr. Brian Quinn Owner of M/s. Mantle Consultant based in Edinburgh, Scotland, now has joined hands as a technical expert for Storage Tanks for Oil & Gas industry and also has being a part of M/s. Marcep Inc. as a Trainer & Consultant.

He has provided impartial advice to many companies on the Design and Operation of Storage Tanks and his practical approach to the rather complicated subject should be appreciated by everyone who attends the Workshops for Marcep Inc. and presented One Day and Two Day Workshops on The  Operation, Maintenance & Safety of Above Ground Storage Tanks for the Control of Hydrocarbon Vapor Emissions along with Marcep Inc. in Mumbai India

A Graduate from the now University of the West of Scotland, Chartered Engineer (Mechanical) and later researched the Use of Aluminum Alloys in Complex Engineering Structures, Dr Brian Quinn has more than 40 years experience and expertise in the international storage tankage industry.
